Job Description
The Account Executive will play a critical role in maintaining a complex in-force portfolio and driving productive relationships with Benefits Advisors and group policy holders. The business development tasks will provide an opportunity for the candidate to work with a dynamic team to reach or exceed the objectivesâsales, profitability, renewal, and persistency targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the field of group insurance
- Thorough knowledge of group life insurance, healthcare insurance, disability insurance, and underwriting
- Excellent communication and mathematical skills
- Valid driverâs license and vehicle
- Undergraduate diploma or equivalent
