Consultant, Sales and Distribution Evaluation job description: As a Consultant, Sales and Distribution Evaluation, you will adopt a consultative approach to proactively interact with distribution partners, including advisors and General Agency Delegated (GAD) and National Accounts partners, to ensure effective communication of applicable regulatory, compliance, and risk-related requirements.
Requirements
- Monitor compliance and provide support and guidance to advisors, GAD and National Accounts partners
- Supervise and monitor distribution partners' business practices by evaluating risks, examining external services, conducting on-site visits, and performing comprehensive evaluations of advisors and firms
- Develop comprehensive evaluation reports that assess advisors' and distribution practices, pinpoint gaps, and provide clear and data-driven recommendations
- Facilitate compliance, risk-related to conduct, and regulatory training sessions (and participate) across all distribution channels
- Interpret provincial and federal legislation, new and existing, and counsel distribution partners on measures to take and compliance expectations
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret compliance or risk-related data to support internal report and analysis production
- Collaborate interfunctionally to ensure distribution-related risks are identified, mitigated, monitored, and effectively signaled
