We're seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within our Great West Corporate Taxation function. This role is central to enabling a high-performing team, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting senior leadership in managing priorities, deadlines, and key deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, ideally within a finance, accounting, or tax environment
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, high-volume work environments
