The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is a key member of the Lifeco Controller’s Group, responsible for segregated funds financial reporting, with opportunities to broaden technical knowledge and professional experience in a challenging, collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- University degree, majoring in accounting and/or finance preferred; CPA designation, or in pursuit of, is considered an asset
- 3–5 years of experience in a fund accountant, financial analyst, or financial reporting role
- Experience with segregated funds accounting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail in assessing financial information, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively and proactively communicate issues and recommend solutions
- Knowledge and efficient use of MS Office tools, with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SAP and Workiva is considered an asset
