We are looking for a Primary Implementation Specialist to join the Solutions team, bilingual in French and English. The successful candidate will lead implementations for new clients, supervise and support annual re-enrollments, and provide guidance and mentorship to staff members. The role requires a proven ability to collaborate and exercise influence within inter-functional teams, high attention to detail, and excellent understanding of group insurance and outsourcing services.

Requirements

• Bilingualism (French and English mastery required)
• Proven ability to collaborate and exercise influence within inter-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to work with different levels of management, both in client environments and within Canada Life
• Very high attention to detail, excellent understanding of the impact of our technological products on plan establishment and design
• Ability to adopt a structured planning and analytical approach, and to create relevant project plans to ensure effective implementations
• Excellent mastery of data management tools such as Microsoft Excel and Access
• Understanding of group insurance and outsourcing services
• Reliability and security clearance authorization
• Ability to travel occasionally
