Job Description
Join the Infrastructure and Operations team as a System Administrator - Virtualization, Storage, and Backup. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, supporting, and improving the company's IT infrastructure in on-site and hybrid environments.
Requirements
- Provide daily operational support to the company's IT infrastructure services, including computing and virtualization, networks, voice/video services, storage, and backup, as well as database platforms
- Monitor infrastructure performance and availability, troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and escalate complex or high-risk issues as needed
- Support life cycle initiatives and modernization, including technology upgrades, replacements, migrations, and hybrid cloud or on-site data center projects
