Job Description
Join the Infrastructure and Operations Team in the Bilingual Senior Specialist, Systems Administrator (IT Infrastructure) position to operate and continuously improve enterprise infrastructure services across on premises and hybrid environments. Provide hands-on senior level technical expertise across compute, network, storage, backup, and database platforms, supporting secure, reliable infrastructure through modernization, automation, and complex troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Administer and support enterprise infrastructure platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize infrastructure availability, performance, and capacity
- Lead and support infrastructure lifecycle and modernization initiatives
- Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls
- Support and continuously improve backup, recovery, and disaster recovery capabilities
- Develop and maintain automation, tooling, and technical documentation
