Job Description
The Bilingual Specialist, Corporate Governance role is a temporary position that will support effective decision-making in the Corporate Governance team. The role will involve working with the Board of Directors and internal committees to develop meeting minutes, manage action lists, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years experience in governance
- Knowledge of legislative framework and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
- Bilingualism (English and French)
