Job Description
We are seeking a Network Administrator to join our Infrastructure and Operations Team. The role will involve supporting and improving enterprise network, voice, and connectivity services across on-premises and hybrid environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or systems administration roles
- Practical experience supporting multiple infrastructure domains, such as networking, virtualization, storage and backup, disaster recovery, and databases
- Working knowledge of ITSM processes (incident, problem, and change management) and operational support models
- Strong troubleshooting, automation, and communication skills, including scripting (e.g., Ansible) and the ability to clearly explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
