Canada Post is seeking an on-call assistant in a post office with a client-focused approach to ensure exceptional service at the counter for customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent provincial, or experience in business administration
• Training and/or experience related to interacting with the public in retail sales and/or service industries, including sales and cash transactions
• Understanding of basic accounting systems or post office systems
• Sufficient physical form to lift mail containers weighing up to 50 lbs, push or pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for long periods
• Flexibility to be available for temporary on-call tasks
