Associate Property Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic team leader with strong decision-making and organizational skills to join our community as an Associate Property Manager. The role involves building strong relationships with residents, overseeing the leasing process, managing administration of services, and facilitating resident moves. The ideal candidate has 2 years' experience in leasing, property management, or a related field, and is proficient in MS Office and SAP. The role requires the ability to work evenings and weekends, address concerns, and achieve performance targets. Requirements

• 2 years' experience in leasing, property management, or related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office
• SAP knowledge is an asset

• Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills
