Leasing Specialist

Role Overview

As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the frontline liaison for residents, building strong relationships and delivering excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction. You will own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents, proactively monitoring vacancies and achieving leasing targets. You will also collect payments, inspect the property, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will need 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be proficient with MS Office. SAP knowledge is an asset. You should also have well-developed oral and written communication skills, and be able to work evenings and weekends when needed.
