Leasing Specialist

Role Overview

As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the frontline liaison for residents, building strong relationships and delivering excellence in addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction. You will own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents, proactively monitoring vacancies and achieving leasing targets. You will also collect payments, inspect the property, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with MS Office
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• Valid driver's licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation
