Leasing Specialist

Role Overview

What You Will Do

Address resident concerns, collect payments, inspect properties, facilitate resident moves, and maintain resident satisfaction. Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets.

You'll need 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or office administration, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or office administration
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office
• Property management software knowledge is an asset
• Valid driver's licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation
