Leasing Specialist

Role Overview

Join a growth-oriented company that owns and operates high-quality rental communities across Canada. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the frontline liaison, building strong relationships with residents and delivering excellence in customer service.

What You Will Do

Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents, collect payments, inspect properties, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office
• Property management software knowledge is an asset
• Valid driver's licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations required

Benefits

• Starting salary between $44,000 - $48,000 per annum
