Job Description
Our in-house licensed Paralegal, Regional coordinate legal services and manage current delinquent accounts by pursuing those tenants through the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role in property management
- Extensive knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act
- Licensed as Paralegal designated by the applicable provincial regulatory body
- Knowledge of standard Accounts Receivable
- Experience in a high volume fast paced environment
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
