Property Manager

We are a growth-oriented company that own and operate the highest quality rental communities across Canada. We offer our residents attractive, comfortable and secure homes. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing our property, leasing process, and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in leasing, property management or related field
• 1 year in a supervisor capacity in property management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with MS Office
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements
• Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets
• Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills
• Detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locations
