Job Description
CFIB is looking for a Sales Manager in Training to learn, grow, and lead in a hands-on sales role while receiving structured leadership training and mentoring. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience, is a people connector, and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Approachable, outgoing, and naturally build strong relationships with clients
- Motivated by purpose, eager to help small business owners, and thrive in dynamic environments
- Open to feedback, love learning, and take initiative to grow skills
- Comfortable with CRMs, iPads, digital presentations, and using tech to optimize the sales process
- Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and ready to be on the move in territory
- Driven and goal-oriented, with a desire to win both independently and as part of a team
