Job Description
CFIB is seeking a Sales Manager in Training to join their team. As a rising star in sales, you will learn, grow, and lead while receiving structured leadership training and mentoring from experienced managers. You will develop relationships with SMB owners, understand their challenges, and provide tailored solutions that matter.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
- Approachable, outgoing, and naturally build strong relationships with clients
- Motivated by purpose, eager to help small business owners, and thrive in dynamic environments
- Open to feedback, love learning, and take initiative to grow skills
- Comfortable with CRMs, iPads, digital presentations, and using tech to optimize the sales process
- Chase results and love to win, both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and ready to be on the move in your territory
