Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist responsible for analyzing and collecting assigned accounts receivable portfolios, ensuring assigned customer accounts are reconciled and accurate to facilitate timely collections in a call center environment.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable capacity
• Call center experience considered an asset
• College diploma in accounting, business, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
