Executive Recruiter (12-Month Contract)

As a Recruiter at Canadian Tire, you will support executive recruitment operations, partner with hiring managers, and deliver recruitment solutions across corporate roles. You will be onsite 4 days a week and manage a diverse portfolio of executive and corporate job requisitions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of corporate recruitment experience, including executive recruitment experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume desk
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and building excellent relationships with stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a brand ambassador
