Field Merchandiser

The Field Merchandiser will use analytical skills and retail knowledge to plan and execute onsite efficient, cost-effective warehouse and retail floor plans while collaborating with Associate Dealers for input and approvals. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Education with a degree, diploma or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Store and/or Space Planning experience in a retail environment
• Ability to travel extensively across Canada and spend time away from home
• Project management experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple cross-functional teams, vendors, store management, and their teams
