Senior Data Scientist, Advanced Analytics and Modelling - 2 Year Contract

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will develop machine learning and mathematical models to support the development of solutions in pricing and promotional optimization, loyalty incentive curation and optimization, and enterprise price-value scenario orchestration engines. This role requires a strong background in statistics, optimization, mathematical modelling, and machine learning.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Statistics/Math/Economics/Engineering/Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline.
• 3+ years of experience developing and implementing data science solutions for retail businesses or loyalty programs.
• Familiarity with optimization methods, including Linear Programming and Mixed Integer Programming related algorithms & tools.
• Advanced proficiency with Python as an analytical tool and programming language.
• 3+ years of experience querying and analyzing large datasets with tools such as SQL, Spark, etc.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate both technical and business concepts.
