Senior Data Scientist, Predictive Modelling

The Senior Data Scientist, Predictive Modelling develops predictive and prescriptive solutions that can be integrated into key enterprise decisions, conducts traditional and machine learning analytics to identify and quantify cause-and-effect relationships, and plays a key role in the delivery of our advanced analytics roadmap and the development of predictive modelling/machine learning capabilities.

Requirements

• Use predictive/statistical modelling techniques and traditional analytics to identify and quantify sales drivers, conduct what-if scenario analysis and measure the causal impacts
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure model predictions and recommendations are consistent with business expertise, explainable, and efficiently integrated into processes
• Plan, track, and manage multiple projects and requests
• Proactively identify opportunities and deliver data-supported insights to help improve the accuracy of forecasts and key business decisions
• Provide leadership and direction to the team, including training and coaching in advanced analytics
• Act as a subject matter expert for established model implementations and methodologies
