They assist customers with product selection, provide accurate POS transactions, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. They are knowledgeable and experienced, acting as go-to resources for product information and solutions.

Requirements

• Greet customers and provide help finding the product they need.
• Answer phones and transfer calls.
• Process cash, credit card and charge account POS transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Keep the cash counter and area neat and tidy.
• Ensure all checks received are accompanied by the correct identification.
• Verify credit card transactions with respect to credit card number, expiry date and signature.
• Inspect cash received for identification and prevent theft.
• Attend store meetings as required.
• Assume other duties as assigned by the store manager.
