Resource Navigator - Part Time

This part-time Resource Navigator role requires providing immediate assistance and support to cancer patients and their caregivers, conducting timely assessments, and referring clients to community resources. The position involves hybrid work with in-office and remote days.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or psychology
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred but not required
• Prior experience in a health-related environment, preferably with an oncology focus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
