We are looking for a Support Analyst (Tibco) to provide technical application support for TIBCO, triage and resolve issues, and maintain relevant application documentation. The role requires demonstrable experience of delivering technical support roles with TIBCO or other middleware platforms, ITIL Service Delivery and Support, and experience with messaging standards, web services, and integration/middleware platforms.
