Spa Assistant Manager

The Spa Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a spa center, including employee management, inventory control, customer service, and maintaining standards. This role focuses on both the retail and operational aspects of the spa, as well as fostering a positive work environment.

• Work closely with the store owner to lead staff
• Oversee retail inventory
• Assist customers whenever necessary
• Organize employee schedule
• Ensure health, safety, and security rules are followed
• Take disciplinary action when necessary
• Ensure a consistent standard of customer service
• Motivate employees
• Install & maintain a merchandise and visual plan
• Maintain store(s) to standards
• Complete tasks assigned by the owner, accurately and efficiently
• Supporting store operations as needed

• Experience as an assistant store manager or with retail store management
