Canderel is a leading real estate company seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to drive sales of pre-construction units across multiple residential communities.
Requirements
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents & clients
- Exceed sales targets
- Stay-up-to date on competition and market trends
- Collaborate with Administration and Marketing departments
- Flexibility to shift gears in a fast-past environment and ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Have thorough understanding of agreements of purchase and sale and sales process of pre-construction developments
- Have great attention to detail, and follow up skills via phone
- Strong closing skills a must
- Provides exceptional buyer experiences to existing and potential buyers
- Computer savvy with experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with CRM or other related database management systems
- Working weekends are required
- Work well in a team environment
