Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting C-level leaders in high-growth, complex environments
- Experience in calendar management, travel coordination, and event planning
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Extreme ownership and pride in work
- In-office environment experience and understanding of the value of face-to-face partnership
- Relationship-oriented and able to build trust with executives
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to develop task management systems and maintain transparency on competing tasks and deadlines
Benefits
- Estimated starting annual salary range: $130,000 - $150,000
