RCM - Billing Lead

Candid Health is a healthcare company that aims to fix the broken and costly medical billing system by building software backed by data science and machine learning. As a Billing Lead, you'll manage a team of billers, prioritize work, and ensure excellent customer outcomes and KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading medical billing teams
• Strong analytical skills and a learning and investigative mindset
• Approach to RCM from a preventive standpoint
• Wide range of experience across multiple specialties, multi-state billing, and tele-health billing
• Revenue Cycle Management experience such as EDI Enrollments, Payment Posting and Reconciliation, Denial Resolution and Management
• Ability to roll up sleeves and adapt to changing business needs
• Clear and concise communication skills
