Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment
- Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders
