Millwright

We are seeking a Millwright to join our team at our Sawmill in Urbana, AR. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all mill machinery, performing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance, and troubleshooting issues to maximize production uptime.

Requirements

• Superior troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment
• Knowledge of the lumber manufacturing process
• Basic electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery components
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems on heavy manufacturing machinery
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) effectively to schedule and document maintenance activities
