Job Description
The Executive Director serves as the lead fundraiser for the region, overseeing all aspects of regional philanthropy and administration, and supports the program functions in accordance with national management.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong aptitude for public speaking.
- Strong ability to fundraise with deep knowledge of fundraising best practices
- Strong awareness of disability etiquette
- Able to effectively delegate and oversee projects.
- Able to read, comprehend, prepare and analyze financial and fundraising goals and reports.
- Able to lead and educate staff and volunteers and manage initiatives to success.
