Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Berlin, Germany. Your tasks will include first-level support, client and device management, system administration, and IT documentation. You will also participate in exciting projects to digitize daily school life and contribute to IT security and equipment setup.
Requirements
- Very good German skills in word and writing (at least level C1)
- Completed training or studies in the IT field – or comparable practical experience
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Experience with networks, user management, and IT security is an advantage
- Knowledge of using and administering Linux systems (e.g. Debian, Ubuntu, Linux Mint) is desirable but not required
