Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Associate - Budtender to join our team at Cannabis & Glass. As the face of the brand, you will guide customers through product selection, deliver expert cannabis education, and create an exceptional in-store experience every shift.
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or retail experience
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
