Job Description
Cannabis & Glass is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead their growing recreational dispensary chain in Eastern Washington and Oregon. This role focuses on providing exceptional cannabis experiences, fostering a collaborative culture, and driving revenue growth through data-driven decision making and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and delivering outstanding customer results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in multi-functional retail management
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with scheduling, inventory systems, and financial reporting
- High level of integrity, personal motivation, adaptability, and sense of urgency
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information
