Solar Sales Consultant / Closer

OB1 Solar & Security is seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Consultant to join our team, responsible for generating and closing sales appointments, creating customized proposals, and self-generating leads within a designated territory.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and effectively convey complex information.
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools to manage leads, appointments, and proposals.
• Knowledge of solar energy principles, products, and installation processes is preferred but not required.
