Architect IV

We are looking for an Architect IV to lead the development of technical aspects and content of projects, coordinate work with all disciplines, and verify compliance through team collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 8+ years of related professional experience required.
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
• CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
• Must possess business acumen.
• Must be a critical thinker.
• Must be highly analytical.
• Must be a fully qualified professional able to perform work with a high degree of latitude, with some ambiguity in work.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
