Job Description
CannonDesign is seeking a Mechanical II to join a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to new construction, renovation, or renovation projects in various sectors. The role involves design, HVAC system calculations, Revit/BIM modeling, and shop drawings review, requiring collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and a QA engineer. This position involves independent research and responding to emerging issues.
Requirements
- Perform designs of ductwork, piping, HVAC systems, and plumbing/fire protection.
- Calculate heating and cooling loads, design ductwork and piping using energy modeling software.
- Prepare Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings from schematic to construction administration.
- Review shop drawings for compliance and specifications.
- Interface effectively with clients and project team members.
