Job Description
CannonDesign is seeking a Mechanical III to join their multi-disciplinary team and contribute to new construction and renovation projects in a variety of industries. This role involves performing and directing design, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with specifications. Candidates should have experience with energy modeling software and a strong understanding of relevant regulations. Requirements
- Perform and direct design of ductwork, piping, and equipment for HVAC systems.
- Calculate heating, cooling loads and layout/design ductwork and piping.
- Prepare Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings.
- Review shop drawings and specifications.
- Interact with clients and the project team.
