Job Description
CannonDesign is seeking a National Leader of Behavioral Health Architecture and Design to drive growth within the firm and market. This role involves leading teams, developing business plans, securing new client engagements, and promoting the firm's Living-Centered Design principles. The position offers opportunities for strategic client positioning, top line development, and mentoring of team members.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or engineering or a relevant field.
- Current Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in the Mental/Behavioral Health Market within the Design Industry (A/E/C) with a preference for 20 years of related experience.
- Proven track record of top line, strategic growth, market and team leadership and business development success.
- Strong presentation and leadership skills.
- Professional acumen and maturity.
