Project Architect IV

Project Architect IV responsible for leading the development of all technical aspects and content of projects, coordinating work with all disciplines, and verifying compliance. Requires a minimum of 8+ years of related professional experience, current Architectural Registration in the United States, and proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required
• Minimum 8+ years of related professional experience required
• Current Architectural Registration in the United States required
• CDT and LEED accreditation preferred
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements
• Must possess business acumen
• Must be a critical thinker
• Must be highly analytical
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required
