We are looking for a S&T Market Leader I to provide leadership of a market within an office of CannonDesign. The role involves developing and leading high-performance diverse teams, contributing to the success of the firm, and advancing the quality of work.

Requirements

• Develop and lead high-performance diverse teams
• Contribute to the success of the firm
• Advance the quality of work
• Develop new business opportunities with new and current client partners
• Lead, engage, and partner with clients on billable project-specific work
• Act as a leading voice for the market both externally and internally
• Mentor and coach staff to build a high-performance team
• Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of the market, including 'Best Practices,' and evidence-based and research-based design

Benefits

• Salary range: $128,700 to $160,900 annually
