Job Description
Canoo is seeking a Propulsion Controls Engineer to develop, test, and issue propulsion controls software for electric vehicles.
Requirements
- Create test plan for on vehicle testing, calibration, and development of propulsion control algorithms for electric vehicle
- Support software review and development
- Evaluation for release of calibration set for propulsion software functions
- Ownership of vehicle attributes for propulsion functions including target setting, evaluation and analysis
- Support requirements development at vehicle, system, and software levels to refine vehicle behaviors and attributes
- Provide feedback and assistance to other systems requiring propulsion software systems support
- Interface with cross-functional teams to support propulsion performance testing, software testing and validation
