Job Description
Canoo is seeking a Test Engineer - LabView to develop and execute tests to validate the company's products. The role involves developing test plans, procedures, and equipment drivers, and executing test procedures. The ideal candidate has experience with automotive standards, National Instruments LabView and Test Stand, and electronic/electric systems.
Requirements
- Experience with automotive standards (ISO 16750, CISPR 25, etc..)
- Experience working with National Instruments LabView and Test Stand
- Technical understanding and familiarity with automotive industry standards that covers environmental, mechanical, electrical aspects of validation
- Familiarity with CAN, LIN, Ethernet communications
- Familiarity with NI cDAQ/PXI, VISA, XNET hardware and protocols
- Develop NI Labview drivers for hardware functional tests
- Experience working with electronic/electric systems
- Experienced in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- 7+ years developing automated test equipment in the NI ecosystem
- 3+ years developing scripts with NI Test Stand
- NI CLD certification preferred
