Forward Deployed Engineer

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to ensure that Canopy Connect's API customers launch with our product quickly and successfully. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and communication skills, with 3-5 years of software engineering experience and expertise in Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and Amazon Web Services.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation for new customers
• Serve as primary post-sale contact for strategic enterprise accounts
• Act as an internal advocate for customer needs
• Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities
• Support contract renewals and growth initiatives
