Illinois Hub Manager

The Illinois Hub Manager leads the team in establishing and maintaining perennial agroecological systems, overseeing field operations and resource coordination, while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with perennial agriculture or habitat restoration
• Previous field and crew management experience
• Experience in farming, landscaping, forestry, or other field-based jobs
• Ability to obtain a Pesticide Applicator license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work outside, long hours, and in challenging conditions
• Ability to travel as needed
• Commitment to safety and willingness to participate in an open and collaborative environment
• Ability to work independently with strong self-direction
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Valid driver's license
