End Line Specialist

The End Line Specialist maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs mechanical End Line equipment, ensuring overall production and quality according to specifications. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of SAP and Lighthouse.

Requirements

• Ensure overall production of machines and quality according to specification sheets.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex issues on the equipment.
• Read and understand information contained on the PO sheets.
• Check accuracy and quality of finished ends.
• Locate, clear, and troubleshoot problematic jams.
• Correctly read and interpret messages/statuses on the control panels.
• Perform regular servicing and solving of problems regarding machinery.
• Actively lead the maintenance team during line changeover.
• Train and assist other employees on daily practices of production-related duties.
• Ability to train technicians on process troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of the shell press, liners, and conversion press.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for department.
• Comply with all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies.
• Perform any reasonable duties assigned by the management staff, corresponding with the role.
