The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing a broad range of HR and Administrative duties, including employee relations, performance management, and HR technology.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, HRIS experience, and Time and Attendance experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills
